Masks Required in the Library Effective 08/11/2021

Adhering to the guidance from the CDC, the Ohio Department of Health, and the Hocking County Health Department , the library is now requiring a mask or face shield be worn by all visitors 5 and older due to the high COVID transmission rate that Hocking County is now experiencing. The library will continue to provide one paper mask per patron per day if you need one to enter. We understand this may upset you-believe me, we don't want to wear masks again either!  However, the library has a due diligence to make the library a safe place, therefore we will continue to follow the aforementioned agencies' guidance, so it's time to mask up!  We will be closely evaluating when we can dismiss this requirement.

Can't wear a mask or face shield in the library?  Try our curbside service where you can receive almost every service without stepping into the library.  Call the Logan library today @ 740.385.2348  or the Laurelville Branch @ 740.332.4700 to arrange your curbside service appointment!
