Sleigh ride down to the Laurelville Library for a holly jolly Christmas event for all ages! The library will offer crafts, snacks, games, activities and the opportunity to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus! This event is free, and registration is not required- we hope to see you there! 

Logan Branch: Children's Area is Currently Closed

The Children's Area of the Logan branch is currently closed to patrons while we dry out from our sprinkler break on Christmas day.  Staff will be glad retrieve any book, audio or movie you would like to checkout from the children's area during the closure time.

The May 2023 Board Meeting of the Logan-Hocking County District Library will take place on Monday, May 22, 2023 @ 5:30 PM in the library's conference room. This has been rescheduled from the original date of Monday, May 15th.  The public is welcome to attend.  If you have questions, call the library at 740-385-2348

FYI-Most board meetings are scheduled for the third Monday of the month.  See the Board of Trustee page for the current board meeting schedule.

The library is conducting a community survey February 1st through April 5th, 2023, to connect with the Hocking County community and visitors that we serve.  We want to improve for you, and we need your feedback!  You also have the opportunity to win a $100 VISA Card.  To qualify for the drawing, you must answer all the questions in the survey and provide your name, email address and phone number in the optional questions at the end of the survey.  (You are not required to enter your personal information unless you want to be drawing).
