Correct Answer:

B) Phishing

The term 'Social Engineering' may sound innocent enough, in reality, it's not.  It is the process of tricking people into divulging personal information and other confidential data.  'Social Engineering' is a broad term that covers 'phishing' (fake emails wanting the user to  update banking information for example), as well as 'pharming' (redirecting users to fake websites, without them realizing it), and refers to malicious acts and is a topic that all internet users should be aware of.  For example, if receiving an email from the bank, call the institution first to confirm before answering the email.
